Anxiety and overthinking happen.  This is even more true now than ever. You may catch yourself thinking about the worst-case scenario, worrying about EVERY SINGLE THING, and may even feel frustrated or on edge most days.

Rehashing all of your prior conversations as soon as your head hits the pillow. Or preparing for future conversations that may or may not ever happen.

 

The internal chatter is deafening, and there’s no off switch.

Oh, there will be talking, but there you’ll also get a whole lot of hands-on experience along the way.

In most cases, feeling stuck happens because your mind tells you there’s only one way to think, act, or respond. Just like there’s more than one way to get from point A to point B, there’s also more than one way to relate to your anxiety and overthinking.

Learn skills you can use the same day Increase your confidence

We can talk all day about anxiety and overthinking. However, we’re going to mix it up with learning by doing. That way you’ll know what to do when anxiety is in your face.

Increase your confidence

Learning skills to navigate anxiety and overthinking will also increase your confidence. And we’ll take it one step further by diving into your values, goals, and creating a plan of action.

 

Anxiety doesn’t need to run the show!

This workshop was designed to empower people like you to create more peace in your life while gaining a better understanding of your internal dialogue. You’ll learn evidence-based strategies to take back your life, reduce your response to anxiety, put your expectations and perspectives in check, and reconnect with your values.

All with a heaping serving of self-compassion. Because we can all use a little more of that.

FAQ

  • I’m intentionally keeping this workshop small, with no more than 5 participants.

  • We will meet for 6 weeks, every Monday at 5:00, beginning October 16th.

  • The cost is $60 per workshop session or $360 for 6 weeks. You can pay in full or weekly.

  • No. However, this can be in addition to the therapy you’re receiving. This workshop is all about providing you with education and skills while you work on the underlying issues with your therapist.

  • Probably not. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for educational skills workshops. However please ask your insurance provider to make sure.

  • At this moment, we’re meeting in person. However, please let me know if you’re interested in meeting online instead. If I receive enough interest, I’ll make it happen.
